Prestigious Stays host a selection of short-term rental properties in Swindon and Ashford, Middlesex with everything you need close to hand. Our properties range from 2-bed apartments to 5-bedroom houses.
Our properties are nestled amongst numerous local amenities such as hospitals and commercial office spaces including BMW, Thames Water, BP, Great Western Rail and Nationwide Building Society.
There are a selection of local stores, restaurants, takeaways and a supermarket nearby.
The reservation balance is due 14 days before check-in or immediately when booking within 14 days of arrival.
An authorisation hold of £250.00 is placed on card payments for a security deposit. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved a 3 days before you check-in and then released 1 day after departure on return of the keys and if there is no damage, there is nothing you need to do.
We offer the following cancellation policy:
Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
Well behaved dogs are welcome in certain properties (please refer to the properties listing page) for a charge of £20 per pet / per night.
We welcome children to our accommodation but don’t have special equipment on-site. For an extra fee, we can provide a highchair and travel cot with a mattress. We do not provide bedding, as we find most parents like to bring their own. Please contact us for further details.
We can sometimes be flexible on arrival and departure dates and times. If you are unable to select the dates you would like in the calendar, please contact us. Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is at 10am. There is a late checkout option for £50 (if possible). Please advise your requirements at the time of booking and we will confirm if it’s possible to accommodate a later check-out. If you would like us to arrange a taxi to take you to the station or airport on your departure, please let us know in advance.
